At least 55 percent of Kenyan teens have watched pornography related content, new survey by research firm Trends and Insights For Africa (TIFA) has revealed. According to TIFA Managing Director Gerry Kweya, the students in primary and secondary schools have interacted with sexual explicit content with 62 percent being male students and 37 percent being female. The research conducted between January 25 and April 3, was carried out in seven schools in Nairobi and Kiambu counties. The new revelations contradict an earlier statement issued by the hospital that the facility was in control of the situation. A 30-year-old Chinese man is in police custody for allegedly shooting and killing his employee after an argument in Andara area Kavango East region, Namibia. The Nairobi Hospital Board of Management has dismissed Chief Executive Officer Gordon Otieno Odundo. Odundo had been sent on compulsory leave in December last year to allow for an audit of the hospital’s tendering process. Drama ensued in the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) on Wednesday after a bomb scare disrupted a Kenya Airways flight KQ 762 for OR-Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg.
