Did singer Avril get engaged to her mystery man on Sunday, July 8 along the sandy beaches of Diani? According to a picture the “Nikimuona” singer posted on her Instagram, she could be walking down the aisle pretty soon.
Avril, 32, posted a shadowy image of what looks like a ring and on the side is a person on bended knee, and captioned it with a smiley emoji.
The mother of one who also doubles up as an actress is allegedly said to be dating music producer J Blessing.
The producer has been in relationships with Chantelle and radio presenter Mwende Macharia and word also has it that he could be getting married in August.
According to Word Is Blessing has been sending “save the date” messages to his close buddies in the industry but when reached for a comment, he said:

“You asking me about my wedding does not make sense because like I said, you are not my friend. And if I want to publicize myself, I have channels like YouTube and Facebook. Na nikitaka kuanika kitu, nitaanika na niseme. This is what I am doing. I do not need the media to publicize myself. If I need it, I will call the relevant people and tell them to write that about me.”
Avril was in 2014 engaged to South African businessman Leslie Mugadza who apparently cheated on the songstress with Big Brother Africa winner, Dillish Mathews.
The singer has since then kept her private life, private and away from the public eye.
