Ugandan legislator cum singer Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine has allegedly escaped house arrest.

The lawmaker was arrested on Monday as he tried to defy government orders against holding his Kyarenga concert.

He has since been placed under house arrest with armed police officers manning his home; both the entrance and exit.

It is however reported that Bobi Wine got away and his whereabouts remain unknown.

On Wednesday, he was paid a visit by Leader of Opposition Betty Aol Acan who condemned the state’s way of doing things.

He also took the opportunity to record what might be a new hit.

While we're under house arrest, let's make some music.
