    DCI Looking For Men In Viral Video Of Toddler Smoking Bhang

    The Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) are looking for two men who have been seen in a video encouraging a toddler to smoke bhang.

    Through their twitter handle the DCI have launched a manhunt asking the general public to help them identify and find the two men.

    The DCI said that they were also concerned about the welfare of the toddler.
