Babu Owino, businessman cum Embakasi East Mp is an agitated man after IEBC declared 17 October the official date for the presidential election.
He accused the electoral body of colluding with the Jubilee party to have the elections on the said date.
Speaking at Parliament Buildings, Babu said Uhuru Kenyatta’s party was using children in its campaigns. The former SONU chairman reckons that exams should be pushed ahead so as to give the country time to elect its next president and kids enough time to revise.
The legislator asked,”Suppose there is a crisis, will our children go to school?”
“We want to create conducive environment for them to learn and acquire knowledge. This idea of hiding that the exams are around the corner, there are no exams. Exams can be given as takeaway exams. They can be given exams they go do at home then the exam papers be taken to the nearest chiefs camp.” The MP said.

Raila Odinga on Tuesday said ‘children will not die if exams are pushed.’
