    Fashion Guru Carol Odero Details How Police Brutalized Her Family In Migori

    Fashion Guru a renown fashion stylist and designer Carol Odero took to twitter to give an account of the level of police brutality in her hometown Migori county. The police meted brutal violence on the people of Migori county a NASA stronghold which vowed not to vote in the presidential elections  .

    Carol Odero said that her cousin who resides in Migori had a sleepless night, her cousin said that doors were being kicked down and police were dragging people out of their homes and beating them. The police attacked men but women and children were not spared.

    She also gave an update of the shooting of a standard 8 pupil from the area. The boy was shot while at his home.

    The fashion guru made a sad revelation that a relative had been murdered in the attack by police.She said that a relative had been dragged out of the home and shot on the head, her relative died on the spot.

    Migori county governor Okoth Obado had yesterday asked the police to stop the use of excessive force on the residents of Migori county. He said it was unlawful for the police to drag innocent residents from their houses and forcing them to clear the barricaded roads.

    NASA yesterday gave a statement asking their supporters to keep away from confronting the police saying that the police Brutality cases happening in their strongholds was illegal.

    Kisumu county governor  declared one week of mourning for the people who had been murdered during the Kisumu protests on October 26.
