During an interview with the CNN he said that despite the apology given he would still sue  the media house because he believed that the publication amounted to to threat to his life.

“Its a death promise, we are coming for you, we assure you we are going to finish you. I see the Nation media as being part of a conspiracy of premeditated  murder, I don’t see it any other way,” Jimmy Wanjigi said.

A CCTV footage of the person who booked the obituary is still in circulation as police have launched investigations to establish the motive of the person behind the obituary.

There has been a public outcry who wondered how such a huge mistake was possible from a media house as big as the Nation media group.

The obituary announced the death and funeral announcement of James Wanjagi but the picture that was displayed was that of business man Jimmy Wanjigi.
