In a public notice issued on May 27, 2025, the university stated that the ceremony will include graduands from both JKUAT and the Pan African University Institute for Basic Sciences, Technology and Innovation (PAUSTI), who completed their studies during the 2024/2025 academic year.
The event will be held at the Graduation Square at the main campus in Juja, starting at 8:00 a.m.
Students who sat for exams during the 2024/2025 academic year are advised to collect their results from their respective schools, campuses, or institutes during working hours. Those who qualify are required to confirm their inclusion in the graduation list with their Deans or Directors by Monday, June 9, 2025.
JKUAT also emphasized that the list of graduands will be available on the universityโs website, www.jkuat.ac.ke. Graduands are urged to verify the correct spelling and order of their names as they should appear on their certificates. This verification must also be completed by June 9, 2025. Any corrections requested after graduation will attract a Sh3,000 penalty.

โDuring the ceremony, only graduands in full academic attire will be allowed entry into the Graduation Square,” the statement reads.
Gowns will be available for hire from Monday, June 9 to Wednesday, June 20, 2025, during official working hours. The hiring forms can be downloaded from the university website.
