Friends of Citizen TV Journalist, Jacque Maribe; State House Secretary Dennis Itumbi, Gospel Singer Kambua and Inooro TV presenter Muthoni wa Mukiri showed up to show their support for their colleague.
This comes after a couple of weeks spent alone with just her family.
Jacque’s popular acclaimed friends have not showed up since the beginning of the journalists trouble with the law.

Her famous click of friends includes Shix Kapienga, Terryanne Chebet, Monica Kiragu and Kirigo Ngarua.
Blogger Dennis Itumbi tweeted early morning his support to Jacque before heading for the court hearing:
It has always been said and I agree that, "The arc of the moral universe is long, but it bends towards justice."
Though it tarries, be sure that Justice will be done my dear friend Jacque Maribe
So shall it be done for Monica and Family.

Jacque and Jowie both pleaded not guilty to the murder charge.
