Kenyan Premier League sides; Sofapaka, Tusker and AFC Leopards are set to sign Rwandan custodians as they beef up their squads ahead of next season.

Leopard are close to roping in Eric “Bakame” Ndayishimiye who is a free agent since parting ways with Rayon Sports mid this year.

Tusker on the other hand are waiting arrival of Mvuyekure Emery from APR while Sofapaka have set their eyes on Nzarora Marcel from Police FC.

The two deals should be sealed by tomorrow (Monday) according to close sources.

Tusker have already signed Rwandan striker Muzerwa Amini formerly of Police FC in the Rwandan Premier League.

The KPL is increasingly becoming the preferred destination for Rwandan players seeking new challenge in their careers.

Newbies KCB FC have so far nabbed two from the land of a thousand hills namely Jemus Tubane and Gabriel Mugabo.

Ugandans have before dominated the list of foreigners in the KPL but with the latest trend, Rwandans could soon close in.

Gor Mahia’s Jacques Tuyisenge has for the past few seasons been the face of Rwanda in the KPL thanks to his scoring prowess that has kept him in the list of top scorer’s chat every season.
