Lawyer Miguna Miguna is seeking reinstatement of his Kenyan citizenship.

The deported NRM ‘general’ has moved to court through his lawyer, Nelson Havi seeking to be allowed back into the country and his passport reinstated.

Miguna was deported to Canada on Tuesday evening after being held by police for five days incommunicado.

He has blamed President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy, William Ruto for his woes. He told CBS News that the ‘despotic’ duo was afraid of his immense influence on the opposition supporters.

NASA leader, Raila Odinga said that the Jubilee government was acting out of fear hence their recent deportation of the ‘oath’ commissioner and banning of NRM.
