It is alleged that David Ndii, the NASA strategist was arrested yesterday night in Kwale  by the flying squad officers.  The reasons for his arrest are still unclear but it is speculated that the he might have been arrested for being the head of the committee that would spear head the swearing in of  NASA leader Raila Odinga.

NASA has condemned David Ndii’s arrest and that he should be released unconditionally. They term the arrest as intimidation of the opposition

David Ndii was at Leopard Hotel in Kwale county where he and his wife were allegedly attending a wedding.
