railaTwo ODM MPs have issued a stern warning to Jubilee threatening to swear Raila Odinga in as president, should they continue to ‘violate’ the law.

This comes after several Jubilee leaders stated that they will implement changes to the constitution citing sections on the Judiciary and Elections Act.

The Supreme Court has been under a lot of scrutiny by the Jubilee party following their decision to nullify President Uhuru Kenyatta’s re-election.

During a rally in Bondo National Super Alliance (NASA) flagbearer Raila Odinga as well ODM MPs Elisha Odhiambo and Samuel Atandi insisted that their Jubilee counterparts focus on fixing the current high cost of living.

The ODM MPs said they will block any ‘unconstitutional’ Bills brought to Parliament by Jubilee on Tuesday.

“The Jubilee administration has no business being in office if all they care about is their selfish interest. The crimes committed by Jubilee during the general election only qualify them as a gang of thieves and not a legitimate government,” Odhiambo said.

Atandi reiterated that the opposition will not hesitate to swear in Raila Odinga if Jubilee continues to ignore the law.

“Raila will be sworn in as president because Jubilee is now defaced by the Supreme Court,” he said.
