The Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB) has issued a notice to candidates ahead of its December 2026 professional examinations, outlining the examination dates, application requirements and preparations.
In a notice, the Board announced that it will conduct the Pre-registration Examinations (Stages I and II) and Enrolment Examinations (Levels I and II) from December 7 to 10, 2026.
The examinations will be administered online at designated examination centres.
PPB directed all candidates to submit their applications through its online services portal by Friday, November 20, 2026.
Applicants are also required to select their preferred examination centres when submitting their applications.
However, the Board cautioned that examination centres are subject to change, urging candidates to regularly check the online portal for updates before the examination dates.
Candidates have also been advised to acquire suitable computer devices with reliable internet access.
The devices must be fully charged and have sufficient battery capacity to operate for at least three hours during the examinations.
The Board further announced that mandatory rehearsals will be conducted at the respective examination centres on Monday, December 7, 2026.
During the rehearsals, candidates will familiarise themselves with the examination arrangements and procedures.
PPB will also conduct mock examinations to help candidates understand how to use its online examinations portal.
However, the Board said the mock examinations would be conducted from candidates’ homes.
“The dates for the mock exams will be communicated in due course,” the notice stated.
The Board has also asked candidates with disabilities or health conditions that could affect their ability to sit the online examinations to notify it immediately in writing.
Such candidates must submit supporting medical evidence to enable the Board to consider their circumstances and make appropriate arrangements.
