    President Uhuru Caught on Camera Telling Ruto Not to Allow His Wife to “Mangamanga”

    President Uhuru was talking to police boss David KImaiyo and Deputy President William Ruto when he was taking his flight to Brussels, Belgium for the EU-Africa Summit. The President was caught on camera giving the two specific instructions but the most interesting was when he warned Ruto not to allow his wife to “mangamanga” (roam around).
