Rosemary Odinga’s foundation was on Friday deregistered by the NGO coordination board.
NGO Coordination Board Executive Director, Fazul Mahamed said the organization unauthorized bank accounts involved in political activities.
“Your organisation has breached terms and conditions by opening and operating unauthorised bank accounts,” he said.

“Your organisation is operating an illegal bank account titled ‘Payment NASA presidential agents’ with City Bank,” he continued.
Mahamed asked the Central Bank to freeze the accounts immediately.
The foundation, according to Fazul, was registered in February 2016.
Her father, Raila Odinga however denied any links between his daughter and the said foundation.
The NASA presidential candidate on Wednesday said the organization was not registered and would therefore not have an account to receive donations.
Fazul also accused the NGO of receiving Sh530 million from George Soros Foundation.
