Safaricom has announced that Fuliza services will be temporarily unavailable on Monday night due to a planned system upgrade.

According to the company, the maintenance will take place on Monday, November 17, 2025, from 1:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. During this period, Fuliza services may be intermittent or completely unavailable.

Safaricom assured customers that all other M-Pesa services will continue to operate normally.

“The timing of this maintenance activity has been planned to cause minimal inconvenience to our customers,” the company said in a statement on Saturday.

“We apologize for any inconvenience that may be caused and thank you for your continued support.”
