Seven people have lost their lives in a grisly accident along Nakuru-Kericho Road involving a matatu and a petroleum tanker.
The two are said to have been involved in a head-on-collision.
The accident occurred at Kapmakaa area in Chepsir.
Media reports indicate that six people died on the spot while one succumbed to injuries on the way to hospital.

The matatu was heading towards Kericho while the tanker was on its way to Nakuru.
