Since the arrest of the Oppo Kenya CEO, Andrew Peng over mistreatment and harassment of employees, the Standard Gauge Railway (SGR) management is now forcing their employees to sign secrecy agreement forms that will ensure that the employees do not expose the mistreatment that they are subjected to by the Chinese.
Kenyan workers at SGR have been complaining about racial discrimination, underpayment and mistreatment.
