The latest application will be heard on January 12.

He also said that the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) had failed to conduct a free and fair election and therefore asked the court to order the electoral commission to order for a fresh election.

The politician says that the manner in which the vote tallying and declaration of results for Starehe constituency was not in conformity with the constitution.
