    Former Commissioner of Police, Mathew Iteere on Wednesday told the court that police impostor, Waiganjo’s rise from the Kenya Police Reserve to the position of an assistant commissioner of police for five years was a miracle.

    Joshua Waiganjo in January 2013, denied two counts of impersonating a police office, one of illegal possession of police uniforms and one of robbery with violence.

    During his reign, Waiganjo is said to have sacked and recruited police officers in Rift Valley province.
