600 General Service Unit (GSU) police officers who graduated from their Embakassi based training school are yet to get their salary. The police officers who were host to the President during the graduation are suffering as they are deployed all over the country and have family to support but non of them has been able to lay hands on his first salary.

The officers are asking for the intervention of President Uhuru to help them get their first salary. Some of the officers are deployed in Mombasa, Kwale, Malindi, Kisumu, Mandera, Wajir and Turkana. They now rely on government rations which sometimes doesn’t arrive in time.

Mr President, kindly help these officers get their salaries.
