    The Social Health Authority (SHA) has advertised 21 job opportunities, inviting qualified professionals to apply before the March 5, 2025 deadline.

    In a notice posted on its official website, SHA announced that it is seeking to recruit directors and deputy directors in various departments to strengthen its institutional capacity and fulfill its mandate.

    Among the advertised positions are Director, Provider and Beneficiary Management; Director, Benefits and Claims Management; Director, Funds & Finance Management; Director, Corporate Services; Director, Internal Audit; Deputy Director, County Coordination; and Deputy Director, Human Resource Management & Development.

    Interested candidates are required to submit their applications through the SHA online portal at https://recruitment.sha.go.ke. Physical applications can also be delivered to the Social Health Authority Building, 10th Floor, in Nairobi.

    How to Apply for SHA Jobs

    To apply online, candidates must create an account on the SHA recruitment portal and complete their profile by filling in all the necessary details. Once the profile is complete, applicants should navigate to the “Vacancies” tab to view the available job listings. After selecting a job and clicking on “View Details” for more information, they can submit their application by clicking “Apply” at the bottom of the job description.

    Applications should be addressed to the Chairperson, Social Health Authority, P.O. Box 30443-00100, Ragati Road, Nairobi. Candidates are required to submit a detailed curriculum vitae (CV), copies of academic and professional certificates, a cover letter demonstrating their suitability for the position, and contact details of at least three professional referees.

    In addition, applicants must meet the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution of Kenya by providing a Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI), a Tax Compliance Certificate from the Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA), a Clearance Certificate from the Higher Education Loans Board (HELB), a Clearance Certificate from the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC), and a Credit Reference Bureau (CRB) report.
