The Kenya Universities and Colleges Central Placement Service (KUCCPS) has opened its online portal for the second revision of university and college choices.

In a statement issued on Saturday, May 31, 2025, KUCCPS announced that the new application window gives students a fresh opportunity to revise their course and institution selections for the 2025/2026 placement cycle.

This second revision targets 2024 KCSE candidates who applied during the previous phases but were not placed in any course, as well as those who did not apply at all.

“The KUCCPS application system is open for the Second Revision of University, College and Programme choices. KCSE holders who have not applied for courses or those who applied but were unsuccessful are invited to apply,” the agency said.

The portal will remain open until June 7, 2025. Students can access it by visiting the KUCCPS website at http://kuccps.ac.ke and clicking on the Student’s Portal tab.

Candidates who scored a mean grade of C+ and above in the 2024 KCSE exam and were placed in diploma programmes are also eligible to revise their choices.

This second phase follows the first revision exercise that closed on May 27, 2025. The earlier exercise targeted those who had missed out during the initial application period which ended on April 30, 2025.
