Instagram saves a record of the posts you have liked, allowing you to revisit them anytime. This feature is useful if you want to find inspiration, check out a product again, or simply re-engage with content that caught your interest. Many people do not realize that Instagram has a dedicated section for liked posts, and it is easy to access through the settings menu. Knowing how to see liked posts on Instagram can save you from scrolling endlessly through your feed trying to find something you liked earlier. Here is how to see liked posts on Instagram.

    1. Open the Instagram App
Launch Instagram on your phone and make sure you are logged into your account. The liked posts feature is available only on the mobile app, not the desktop version.
    2. Go to Your Profile
Tap the profile icon at the bottom right corner of the screen. This will take you to your personal Instagram page where you can see your posts, bio, and account settings.
    3. Open the Menu
In the top right corner of your profile, tap the three horizontal lines to open the menu. This will display several account options, including your settings.
    4. Access Your Activity
From the menu, tap on “Your activity.” This section shows a breakdown of your recent actions on Instagram, including time spent, interactions, and history.
    5. Find the Liked Posts Section
Under “Your activity,” tap on “Interactions.” Here you will see different types of activity like comments, story replies, and likes. Tap “Likes” to view all the posts, reels, and videos you have liked recently.
    6. Browse and Manage Liked Posts
Instagram will show your liked posts in reverse chronological order, with the most recent at the top. You can tap on any post to revisit it or unlike it if you have changed your mind. If you liked a large number of posts, you can also use sorting and filtering options to find specific ones faster.
    7. Remember the Limitations
Instagram currently only shows your most recent 300 liked posts. If the post you are looking for is older than that, you may not be able to find it in this section and will need to search for the account or hashtag directly.
