Leonid Radvinsky, the owner of the adult content platform OnlyFans, has died at the age of 43. OnlyFans confirmed that Radvinsky “passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer” and asked for privacy for his family.

Born in Ukraine and raised in Chicago, Radvinsky bought OnlyFans in 2018 from its UK founders. Under his leadership, the platform grew rapidly, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, bringing him onto Forbes’ billionaire list within three years. At the time of his death, his net worth was estimated at $7 billion.

Founded in 2016, OnlyFans allows creators to share photos and videos with subscribers for a monthly fee or tips. While creators post content ranging from cooking and fitness to music, the site is best known for adult material. OnlyFans takes a 20% share of all payments. In 2024, the company reported $1.4 billion in revenue, more than 377 million subscribers, and over 4.6 million creators producing content.

What was Leonid Radvinsky Net Worth When he Died?

Before OnlyFans, Radvinsky made his fortune with other online ventures, including the live-streaming site MyFreeCams, which became highly profitable. He also invested in technology companies through his Florida-based firm, Leo.com, and supported several global philanthropic projects.

Radvinsky graduated with an economics degree from Northwestern University. During his time running OnlyFans, the platform processed $7.2 billion in subscriber payments in 2024, paying out $5.8 billion to creators while keeping 20% for the company. He personally received $701 million in dividends that year alone, part of a total of $1.8 billion between 2020 and 2024.

Radvinsky’s vision helped turn OnlyFans into a cultural and financial phenomenon, redefining the creator economy and the way online content is monetized.
