Taylor Raddysh is a Canadian professional ice hockey right winger for the New York Rangers of the National Hockey League (NHL).
Born on February 18, 1998, in Caledon, Ontario, he stands approximately 6’2″ or 6’3″ and weighs around 200-201 pounds.
Raddysh shoots right-handed and is known for his size, skating ability, and versatility as a forward who can contribute offensively while playing a responsible two-way game.
Drafted in the second round (58th overall) by the Tampa Bay Lightning in 2016, he has carved out a solid NHL career across multiple teams, including the Lightning, Chicago Blackhawks, Washington Capitals, and now the Rangers.
Siblings
Taylor grew up in Caledon, Ontario, with his older brother Darren Raddysh, who is also a professional hockey player currently serving as a defenseman for the Tampa Bay Lightning.
The two brothers, separated by about two years (Darren born in 1996), have shared a close bond throughout their lives.
They played competitive lacrosse on the same teams, golfed together at the Caledon Country Club, and were teammates for three seasons with the Erie Otters in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), where they formed a formidable sibling duo.

Career
Raddysh developed his skills in the Greater Toronto Area minor hockey system before joining the Erie Otters in the OHL.
He had a productive junior career, highlighted by strong offensive output alongside his brother Darren.
In his final OHL seasons, he earned All-Star honors and helped the Otters reach deep playoff runs.
After being drafted by the Lightning, he spent time developing in the American Hockey League (AHL) before making his NHL debut in the 2021-22 season with Tampa Bay.
He was later traded to the Chicago Blackhawks, where he enjoyed his most productive offensive season to date with 20 goals and 37 points in 2022-23.
Following stints with the Blackhawks and a one-year deal with the Washington Capitals (where he posted 27 points in 80 games in 2024-25), Raddysh signed as a free agent with the New York Rangers in the summer of 2025.
Throughout his NHL journey, he has primarily filled a bottom-six role, contributing with timely scoring, physical play, and reliability.
He has appeared in over 370 NHL games and continues to evolve as a complementary winger on competitive teams.
Accolades
Raddysh earned OHL Second All-Star Team honors in 2017-18 and Third All-Star Team recognition in 2016-17 for his strong junior performance.
