    Siblings

Taylor grew up in Caledon, Ontario, with his older brother Darren Raddysh, who is also a professional hockey player currently serving as a defenseman for the Tampa Bay Lightning.

The two brothers, separated by about two years (Darren born in 1996), have shared a close bond throughout their lives.

They played competitive lacrosse on the same teams, golfed together at the Caledon Country Club, and were teammates for three seasons with the Erie Otters in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), where they formed a formidable sibling duo.

    Career

Raddysh developed his skills in the Greater Toronto Area minor hockey system before joining the Erie Otters in the OHL.

He had a productive junior career, highlighted by strong offensive output alongside his brother Darren.

In his final OHL seasons, he earned All-Star honors and helped the Otters reach deep playoff runs.

After being drafted by the Lightning, he spent time developing in the American Hockey League (AHL) before making his NHL debut in the 2021-22 season with Tampa Bay.

He was later traded to the Chicago Blackhawks, where he enjoyed his most productive offensive season to date with 20 goals and 37 points in 2022-23.

Following stints with the Blackhawks and a one-year deal with the Washington Capitals (where he posted 27 points in 80 games in 2024-25), Raddysh signed as a free agent with the New York Rangers in the summer of 2025.

Throughout his NHL journey, he has primarily filled a bottom-six role, contributing with timely scoring, physical play, and reliability.

He has appeared in over 370 NHL games and continues to evolve as a complementary winger on competitive teams.

    Accolades

Raddysh earned OHL Second All-Star Team honors in 2017-18 and Third All-Star Team recognition in 2016-17 for his strong junior performance.

He was part of the Tampa Bay Lightning organization during their 2020-21 Stanley Cup championship run, though his primary contributions came in later seasons.

In the NHL, he has reached career milestones such as his 100th point and 300th game during the 2024-25 season.
