A petition has been filed against Raphael Sauti Wanjala the current Member of Parliament for Budalangi raising eyebrows as to whether Ababu Namwamba also believes that the elections were rigged.
The petition that has been doing rounds on the internet is believed to have been filed by people affiliated to the former Budalangi Legislator.
The petition has been filed by Mercy Achieng Mola and John Ndagwa who are said to have close ties to the Labour party leader.
This now leads many to ask the question,does Ababu Namwamba who has vehemently stated that President Uhuru Kenyatta won on the of 8th August believe that the election was indeed irregular?

If the election was free and fair as per the former legislator why then would he advocate for a petition?
If indeed he is behind the petition, then he (Ababu) does not believe that the Presidential election was indeed fair.
The former ODM secretary general lost to Wanjala after decamping from the Raila Odinga camp, paving way for the now Mp.
