NASA had on Monday petitioned the court to give them access to the IEBC servers to conduct an audit of the August 8 election. The court granted the petitioners access to ‘read only’ information on the electoral commission’s servers. However with only 10 hours left to the conclusion of the audit, the petitioners claim they  are yet to be given access to the servers and only got printed out logs. Nakuru County governor Lee Kinyanjui has suspended six members of the public service management board over what he termed as ‘corrupt and shameful malpractices.’ The government put the board on notice saying that they are largely mentioned in recruitment malpractices such as receiving bribes and sexual exploitation. NASA through their lawyer, Amollo Otiende with reference to their ICT and statistics expert Dr. Nyagasi Onduwo have revealed a formula that they allege was used to rig the elections. He indicated that the formula was Y= 1.2045x + 183456 where Y represented Uhuru Kenyatta and X Raila Odinga. Lady Lori, a helicopter charter service is suing NASA financier Jimmy Wanjigi over Helicopter maintenance and hangar fees. The company is seeking orders to bar the businessman and his companies from taking possession of the helicopter over a 16.5 million debt. The company said it was contracted by Jimmy Wanjigi and his company to service the aircraft and also provide him with one of theirs if his was not airworthy. Taita Taveta Governor Granton Samboja has introduced a new dress code for county workers.
