Lady Lori, a helicopter charter service is suing NASA financier Jimmy Wanjigi over Helicopter maintenance and hangar fees.

The company is seeking orders to bar the businessman and his companies from taking possession of the helicopter over a 16.5 million debt.

The company said it was contracted by Jimmy Wanjigi and his company to service the aircraft and also provide him with one of theirs if his was not airworthy.

Lady Lori now says that Jimmy wanted to take possession of the aircraft without paying the cumulative debt of 16.5 million that has been accumulating since 2015.

However, TYL a company owned by the businessman has distanced itself from the allegations saying that the helicopter has not left the hangar in two years and only owes the charter service company 7 million.

This contradicts reports that the helicopter was used during NASA campaigns.

Lady Lori is however set to produce invoices for the charter services and requests of payment by Jimmy Wanjigi. They apparently have proof that the helicopter took a trip to the lake region last December.

Wanjigi was one of the biggest financiers of the Raila Odinga camp. He is said to have decamped from Uhuru Kenyatta’s Jubilee party and backed Odinga for the presidency.
