An advocate of the High Court was on Friday arraigned at the Chief Magistrate’s Court in Kahawa in Nairobi and charged with forgery, uttering false documents and money laundering. Kenya National Examinations Council (KNEC), has introduced new examination rules as it officially launched this year’s examinations and assessments session. The Haitian government has deployed specialist anti-gang police units, it said Friday, after an apparent massacre northwest of Port-au-Prince that the United Nations said left at least 70 dead. Detectives are investigating an incident in which a bodaboda rider was shot and killed before being robbed of his motorcycle in Embali, Vihiga County.
