A Nairobi Court has acquitted businessman Yagnesh Devani and four others in USD 365,974.05 Triton saga after 22 years. The court on Monday said the prosecution failed to prove fraud claims against Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB). Last month, Devani was charged for stealing 318.656 Metric tons of Jet Fuel after being on the run since 2008 when he is said to have committed the offence. Police said the incident happened Sunday morning and the deceased was identified as Hamisi Said aged 21. The body was found having been crushed by a train along the meter gauge railway line. Police are investigating a tragic incident in which two boys aged 12 and 13 drowned at an apartment swimming pool in Kilimani area, Nairobi. The two were on a swimming expedition on Sunday afternoon when they drowned at Maki Apartments, police said. Police said they were called to the scene and found the lifeless bodies of the two boys next to the pool. The bodies were later moved to the mortuary pending an autopsy. Mystery surrounds the murder of a woman whose body was found in a hotel room in Naivasha Town.  Police said the naked body of the middle-aged woman was Sunday found at a lodging in town with the throat slit with a knife. Somalia-based terror group al-Shabaab claimed an attack that killed four Emirati troops and a Bahraini military officer on a training mission at a military base in the Somali capital, authorities said Sunday.
