South Sudanese forces have arrested the petroleum minister and several senior military officials allied with First Vice President Riek Machar, Machar’s spokesperson said on Wednesday. The government will fully pay all health facilities with claims of Sh10 million and below contracted by the now defunct National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF).
