Embakasi East member of Parliament Babu Owino incited a crowd to call Uhuru ‘mtoto wa mbwa’ again.In a video that has emerged from a rally held at Uhuru park on October 11 that preceded the Anti IEBC demonstrations.
He repeated the same statement but did not complete leaving the crowd to chant.
He said that if Gaddafi was removed,Yahya Jammeh was removed, Laurent Ggagbo was removed then who is Uhuru, after which he left it to the crowd to call Uhuru ‘Mtoto wa Mbwa’
Babu Owino finished by telling the crowd that it is them that said and not him who called Uhuru a puppy.
The outspoken member of parliament has been charged with subversion and is currently out on bond. According to him President Uhuru Kenyatta is only a caretaker president.
