    Chiloba, Muhati Move To Court To Block IEBC From Taking Disciplinary Action

    IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba, ICT Director James Muhati are moving to court to bar the IEBC from taking any disciplinary action against them.

    The two together with four others are seeking to stop the commission from suspending or interfering with their jobs.

    Word has it that the six electoral body officials had been sent on compulsory leave but have refused to step aside. They have been said to be behind the irregualrities cited in the Supreme Court ruling that overturned Uhuru Kenyatta’s win.

    Earlier today, Chairman Wafula Chebukati wrote to the CEO seeking answers to what exactly went wrong during the August 8 poll.

    The Chairman also sought to find out how his access details were used to access the results transmission system and why some forms 34A, 34B lacked the crucial security features.
