An extra tip: use full-extension 3-stage slides; that way, it opens all the way, and you can access the drawer to the very back.
• Heavy-Duty Projects: These are the really big projects, like garage storage, server racks, and outdoor kitchens. You want a larger industrial metal slide for such projects. These are thicker, use larger ball bearings, and sometimes even include locking features, which can be handy.

If you are unsure how much load your slide will need to support, always overestimate. A slide rated for 100lbs will still feel secure even when supporting only 40lbs, but it doesn’t work the same the other way around.
