As the lead vocalist from late 2002, she propelled the group to massive success, releasing multiple gold and platinum albums and diamond-certified singles that dominated Brazilian charts.

The band toured internationally and sold over five million records before Leitte departed in 2008 to launch her solo career.

Her solo debut featured the hit single “Exttravasa,” which became a radio sensation, followed by the live album Ao Vivo em Copacabana, recorded before a million spectators on Copacabana Beach.

In 2010, she released her first studio album, As Máscaras, under Sony Music, marking a shift toward broader pop influences.

Leitte gained global visibility in 2014 with “We Are One (Ole Ola),” the official 2014 FIFA World Cup anthem alongside Pitbull and Jennifer Lopez.

She has since released additional live albums, EPs like Sette, and singles blending Brazilian rhythms with international features, including collaborations with Daddy Yankee and Big Sean.
