    Hellen Obado To Record A Statement On The Murder Of Sharon Otieno

    The Directorate of Criminal investigations have summoned Migori governor’s wife Hellen Obado to record a statement.

    Mrs. Obado allegedly exchanged messages with Sharon Otieno who was later murdered in K’ordra forest. Police are also looking for a her brother Naftali Odie whom they have classified as a person of interest.

    The Migori county clerk Caspal Obiero is also said to have surrendered himself to the DCI offices for questioning. The police had already impounded a vehicle believed to have been used in the abduction of the slain Sharon Otieno. The vehicle was was linked to the county clerk.

    The driver of the vehicle who police say was adversely mentioned during the investigations was arrested and arraigned in court.
