Counsel for the embattled Deputy chief Justice (DCJ) Philomena Mwilu, Okong’o Omogeni  managed to get an amended order from the High court suspending the prosecution.

The chief magistrate Lawrence Mugambi had declined the orders from Justice Chacha Mwita saying that the case number indicated in the order was not the same case that he was presiding over.

He therefore adjourned the matter and asked counsel for the accused DCJ to seek amendment.
