James Orengo has unveiled Jubilee party’s alleged plot to rig the August 8 poll. He made the announcement during NASA’s final campaign rally at Uhuru Park.
He said the ruling party intends to top up votes electronically using a communication channel designed by the IEBC IT experts .
Mr. Orengo said that they have established a software to add one to two votes per hour. The results will be transmitted by Alex Kioni who replaced the late IEBC ICT manager, Chris Msando.

Jubilee will also be assisted by Mr, Nesbit owner of Kencall. Orengo says the results per polling center will be final.
He says that this will be the only way to beat Jubilee’s rigging plot.
Mr Odinga who is the NASA flag Bearer is Uhuru Kenyatta’s closest competitor in the August poll that is two days away.
