The heated exchange came when Joho’s Lawyer called Hassan Omar and his lawyer bullies, He claimed that Hassan Omar should make a physical appearance and stop hiding behind a piece of paper. He also said that the former senator was intimidating the courts with his posts on social media which seemed to be bashing them.

Joho’s lawyer claimed that the former Wiper Secretary general was sensing defeat and he had opted to take the fight to social media.

Hassan Omar had wanted the judge hearing the case to be removed citing bias.
