The 2017 Kenyan Premier League most valuable player Michael Madoya aka Kadogo Kabaya has joined Tusker FC for Zoo FC.

The length of the contract is yet to be revealed. The deal was inked Tuesday at Tusker’s home in Ruaraka – Naironi.

Madoya, who was named the best midfielder, new player and fair play player of the year in the same season said “I am delighted to be at Tusker. It is one of the best clubs in Kenyan history.”

The Brewers have won the league title 11 times, one shy of AFC Leopards. Gor Mahia boast the highest number of titles with 17.

Madoya’s target is to equal the Tusker’s tally this year.

“My target is to win the 2918-19 league and the SportPesa Shield,” Madoya added.

The player scored 14 goals the previous season – three less than the top scorer’s tally in the golden boot race which went to Eric Kapaito of Kariobangi Sharks.
