NASA has responded to President Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto’s allegations of a plot to strong arm them into a power sharing deal.

NASA principal Raila Odinga said he was not interested in a ‘nusu mkate‘ government with the duo.

”We are not interested in a nusu mkate government. We want the whole thing and we know we won the presidential poll and we will win this election very early. We cannot share power with thieves,” Odinga said.

Speaking on Sunday, the former Prime Minister also intimated that they would not go into elections presided over by the current IEBC.

He said that the top officials rigged the elections in favour of Jubilee and they would not allow them keep their votes again.

”We will not go to the ballot presided by thieves. Our votes are sacred and will not be kept by the same people who stole them on behalf of Jubilee,” he said.

Odinga said that IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba, John Muhati (IT Director), Betty Nyabuto (Deputy CEO), Immaculate Kassait (Director of Voter Registration), Abdi Yakub Guliye (Commissioner in charge of ICT) and Paraxidis Tororey (Legal Affairs) were involved in the rigging of the elections.

Jubilee party led by Ruto have maintained that NASA’s ploy to oust IEBC was their way of buying time as they are not ready for a repeat of the elections.

Jubilee has said that Kenyatta would widen the margin with which he beat Odinga.
