Kevin Obimba alias King Kaka has just released a song dubbed ‘Bonga’ meaning speak up.The song which is meant to help spread peace and love in the country amidst all the political tension the country is experiencing is the latest track released by the rapper.

The song explains the political differences in the country which is in turn spreading tribalism,he therefore urges Kenyans to practice peace  and love and not to fight their neighbors because of politicians who do not care about them.

King Kaka therefore pleads with his fans and the public in general to speak up when they see politicians misleading them or forever hold their breath. He also condemns the killings of Citizens in Kawangware that happened last week when two opposing gangs attacked each other.

Generally the song is meant to preach peace and love among Kenyans,he also says that Kenyans should speak up and not to let political differences divide them.He added that our fore fathers fought for independence and we should honor them by not shading blood. In the song he speaks about the killings and the loss of lives during this electioneering period.

“Hakuna haja ya killings, let us not shed blood instead let us love each other and keep the peace.”

“Nilizaliwa one time, nasimama na ukweli na ukiskia wameniangusha mjue ni kwa sababu King Kaka alizusha.”

This song is an encouragement for artists who have a platform to stand up and speak up against the ills in the society especially those perpetrated by politicians and also promote peace .The artist have the platform, the instruments and audience to unify the nation especially at this time when the country is divided along tribal lines.
