According to State House sources, the President has said that he doesn’t see value of campaigning in Nyanza when he will not get enough vote from the region.

The move has angered some of the point-men in Nyanza who were looking forward to the President and his deputy visiting the region. The President’s move was seen this week when he hosted Kisii leaders in Nakuru and not Kisii or Kisumu.

Meanwhile, Jubilee is currently relying on Office of the President to organise the team in Nyanza for the repeat elections.
