Wazir Benson Chacha has said that the Murang’a woman representative Sabina Chege should be his co accused and that she was the mastermind behind the explicit pictures that were sent to members of parliament.
He said that the the legislators had differences with him and therefore was trying to fix him.
She is behind everything. She is just trying to fix me because of personal issues and differences. She should be investigated as the co-accused,” Chacha said
Murang’a Woman representative Sabina Chege has denied having contact with Wazir Chacha the man accused of defrauding members of parliament using her name.

She contradicted the reports by DCIO George Kinoti who said that she was closely related to the legislator. The Murang’a women Representative dared Mr. Chacha to release the alleged videos of her that he claimed too have. She said that she will not be intimidated by the accused.
Wazi Benson Chacha was arrested at a Hotel in Tanzania, He had allegedly paid Sh. 648000 to a hotel in Zanzibar where he was to stay for ten months.
Blogger Cyprian Nyakundi has also insinuated that Sabina chege should be investigated because there is more that meets the eye in regards to this case.
Wazir Chacha lawyer claimed that his client was mentally ill and he was sent to Mathare Mental hospital for evaluation before taking a plea.
