Services at Huduma Center- GPO branch were halted on Tuesday afternoon after Kenya Power disconnected electricity over unpaid bills.
Citizens seeking services were faced with black out as the attendants could not help them in any way.
The place services run on computer systems hence most services could not be offered.

This is not the first time that Huduma center cannot offer services due to unpaid bills as services were cut around the country in June over unpaid dues.
This incident comes days after the center systems broke down forcing the attendants to administer some of the processes to be done manually.
