Vihiga United have continued to restructure their squad ahead of the new KPL season and have dropped ten players including veteran midfielder Charles Okwemba.
Goalkeeper Barnabas Tiema, formerly of AFC Leopards has also made the list of those who have left the club.
The club has also announced parting ways with Edward Manoah, who was the technical director.
“We wish them the very best in their endeavours elsewhere,” the club said.
Meanwhile, Vihiga have roped in six new signings to bolster the squad ahead of their second KPL campaign.
They include experienced left full back Collins Kisuya, utility defender Smith Ogutu, offensive midfielder Timothy Luda, Rashid Kyambade, goalkeeper Mike Matasio and Alex Imbusi, who is an attacking midfielder.
