    Vodacom South Africa to Double SMS Bundles for the Hearing Impaired

    Vodacom South Africa has announced an inspiring promotion where its clients with hearing impairement will now receive double the value on every SMS bundle purchased. This is because such subribers rely so much on SMS as a means of communication. This is such a wise move.

    Vodacom’s SMS bundle pricing is as follows:

    *Hearing impaired customers who register and are approved will qualify for this service.

    To qualify for the free bundle, hearing impaired customers should download and complete the application form from one the following websites:

    –       Vodacom –  http://www.vodacom.co.za/personal/main/specificneeds/hearingimpaired;

    –       National Institute for the Deaf – http://www.deafnet.co.za/headoffice/who.html or

    –       Deafsa –  http://www.deafsa.co.za

    –       Customers can also send an SMS to 12580 and include their fax number or e-mail address where the application form can be forwarded to.

    Completed forms should be e-mailed to 12580@vodacom.co.za. Customer can also complete and submit their forms at Vodacom participating stores. A full list of stores can be viewed on http://www.vodacom.co.za/personal/main/storelocatormap
